when equipment manuals don't come in your language

while most equipment manuals come in several languages, with English almost always included, many languages are left out.

does this have an effect on the music production of each country?

lets see.. (by no means is this a full list)
novation -> french,german,italian,english,spanish
korg->english,spanish, french, japanese,german (some only english spanish,)
akai/roland/yamaha -> english + japanese atleast

Japan must have an advantage amongst Asian countries because they get MPC manuals

Point is i barely see chinese manuals even tho a gang of shit is produced in china

Does this mean theres no demand for production gear in china?

do certain language speaking countries have an advantage in that they get access to manuals? do manuals even matter
does anyone even read manuals?

I think that the languages do reflect some bias. However that it is somewhat vice-versa. That the interest determines which languages they are printed in.
